Mark Thompson
CEO
Before joining OpTier, Mr. Thompson served 23 years at CA Technologies where he was most recently General Manager and Managing Director for global sales and sales support, leading over 2,400 people in 17 countries, and responsible for bringing in yearly revenue in excess of $2.6B. While at CA, Thompson was appointed to CA's executive leadership team and previously held positions including Corporate Senior Vice President / General Manager of Sales for the Americas and Senior Vice-President / General Manager of Sales for Mid-Atlantic and Federal. Mr. Thompson has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Rhode Island in Business Administration.
Simon Blanks
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Simon has responsibility for Optier's growth and creating significant client value for OpTier, the fastest growing global provider of APM and Big Data solutions. His vast experience combines business and sales experience with global consulting practice leadership and the technological know-how to drive growth. Before joining OpTier, Simon held a variety of leadership positions with CA Technologies, Luminant Worldwide, AT&T, KPMG and Accenture. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bradley University where he graduated with Honors.
Dov Gal
Chief Financial Officer
Before founding OpTier, Mr. Gal served as Chief Financial Officer of Memco Software. Prior to that, Mr. Gal served as CFO of publicly-traded Bogen Communications International (a telecommunications company), Aryt Industries and Reshef Technologies (both defense technology companies). Previously, Mr. Gal was a senior certified public accountant with Luboshitz, Kasirer & Co., an Israeli accounting firm. Mr. Gal holds a BA in economics from Ben Gurion University. Mr. Gal currently sits on the board of directors for OpTier.
Diego Lomanto
VP, Marketing
Diego is OpTier's VP of Marketing, with over 15 years of software marketing experience. He responsible for shaping OpTier's position as a thought leader, understanding what our customers need and helping our sales force to demonstrate the value of our products. Diego is the author of numerous articles on analytics, and regularly speaks at conferences. Diego has an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Andy Wild
President
Andy is a highly accomplished senior executive with 20 years of experience in Fortune and Global Enterprise sales, sales leadership, corporate planning and execution. Prior to OpTier, Andy spent five years at CA Technologies holding various leadership roles including VP of Sales, Transformation, Cloud Enablement, Software Rationalization and Enterprise Programs. Andy also held sales leadership roles at IBM for 6 years and Oracle for another year. Andy brings to OpTier a customer-centric culture, harnessing the power of the most innovative developers in the world and delivering immediate and impactful value to OpTier clients. Andy holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Communication Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK, and a Master Dealmaker Program from the University of Pennsylvania.
Amir Alon
Chief Technology Officer
Before founding OpTier, Mr. Alon was head of development for iRadius Ltd., a company dealing in high-impact web site deployment. Prior to that, Mr. Alon was Chief Architecture Analyst with Memco Software. Previously, Mr. Alon held management positions with Legent Corp. and Goal Systems, (later acquired by Computer Associates) and IBM Israel. Mr. Alon holds a BSc degree in mathematics and computer science from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Alon began his career at one of the Israel Defense Forces Computer Centers where he served in several software engineering and management positions.
Adam Kanouse
Chief Information Officer
Adam is currently CIO at OpTier. Throughout his career Adam has served as an advisor to large Fortune 500 companies, particularly in retail, banking and insurance, on their IT initiatives. Most recently he has led the initiative to move OpTier into the Big Data Analytics market. Prior to joining OpTier, Adam spent over 13 years driving client-centric solutions at Accenture, capped off with his last role as a Senior Executive leading the Performance Engineering group in North America. Adam has specialized in large-scale performance test management as well as helping clients transform their performance engineering processes and organization. Prior to his involvement with Performance Engineering, Adam worked in several systems delivery roles from developer, to application architect, to project management.
